Sauvignon Blanc for Summer!

Finally, it is summer here in South Moravia.

And what better way to ring in the long, sunny days and warmer temperatures than with Sauvignon Blanc!

In today’s video, I feature two top wineries, Vinařství Fabig and Vinařství Krásná Hora. These mouth-watering wines are the epitome of summertime, and I am thrilled to share them with you!

In addition, both producers, Roman and Ondřej, are part of the Young Winemaker’s Association, Mladí Vinaři , a group of 14 winemakers who work together to promote each other’s wineries and brands. You can pick up either of these delicious bottles at Vinotéka Moravský Hrozen in Brno, right off the #1 tram.
